Mining

FYNK Company Ltd mining tenure areas are a major undeveloped Gold and Diamond Belt consists of 6 separate prospecting licensees and a mining lease but adjacent mineralized gold ore pods within the platform carbonate rocks in each mining tenement.

The FYNK Gold Project aims at a pastoral and exploration track across the tenements. Infrastructure currently on site includes a dam, excavators, water and production bores, a diesel pump, a core storage area and some disturbed areas and pads resulting from previous exploration.

Realty

FYNK is actively investing in real estate on an annual basis. At the moment, we are focusing on acquiring properties in prime locations within Accra and various regions of Ghana. We are catering to both the middle and low-income segments of the population.

Our approach involves renovating these properties to meet modern standards and subsequently selling them. This allows us to quickly realize returns on our investments, thanks to the strong demand in the real estate market.

Agriculture

FYNK Farms desires to cultivate a diverse range of vegetables on 3.5 acres of land. We also desire to prepare and purchase farms in all five regions of Ghana to relocate and expand our current farm operation. We are in the process of constructing a new farm that provides opportunities for significant business growth while allowing us to maintain our existing markets and core customer base in the area.

Our new farm currently spans 150 acres and includes dairy management. The property comprises 50 acres of forested land, 60 acres of less productive pasture, and 40 tillable acres, with 20 acres considered prime agricultural soils. These tillable soils currently consist of a blend of statewide Cabot Silt Loam and are actively utilized for our farming operations.

FYNK Logistics aims at optimizing earnings within the Freight Packaging and Logistics Services sector. We are committed to ensuring that all our services and related offerings not only meet but also exceed our customers’ expectations.

FYNK Hospital operates in the hospital industry, offering a range of healthcare services. These services include:
